A little bit about The Loft Reno

- VERY basic no frills meeting at a table; Meets all legal requirements to be married in Nevada but it is NOT the ceremony you think of as a wedding.  Just the "I Dos", NO ring exchange

- Couple must have a NV marriage license in hand & Couple provides at least one witness over 18 w/ID (extra fee to provide witness)

- If you are looking for a ceremony with the intimacy and celebration of a wedding with a ring  consider any of our other packages.

- A simple ceremony for couples looking to have a small ceremony at the altar with minimal guests (less than 8)

- Includes: 1) Ring exchange and 2) Standard/Traditional vows with officiant followed by legally required "I Dos" 3) a few minutes at the altar to take photos

- Couple begins ceremony at the altar and no couples or brides entrance, and no personal vows (see other packages if this is desired)

- An special ceremony for couples looking to elope or have an intimate but small ceremony with minimal guests (less than 15)

- Includes: 1) Couple enters to music to start ceremony 2) Either personal vows (read self written vows to each other) OR standard vows (questions followed by "I Dos") and 3) Ring exchange

-  IF couple wants a bridal party, the Bride/Partner grand entrance set to music, Presenting of the Bride/Partner, or a unity ceremony consider the MiniMony or Traditional packages

- Up to 35 guests.  No bridal party. Couple completes questionnaire to build ceremony.

- Includes: 1) Ring exchange, 2) Personal OR standard vows, 3)Bride/Partner grand entrance set to music of your choice AND presenting of the Bride/Partner, AND 4) 1st Look at altar

- If A Bridal party (up to 4 on each side), or >35 guests consider the Traditional Wedding ceremony

- Our most popular package. Couple works with officiant to build a personalized ceremony.

- If you have a large audience (up to 46 guests), OR really want to make your wedding “EPIC” and personal this is the package for you!

- Unlimited on stage participation (Incl: Bridal party with Groom/Partner entrance, Bride/Partner grand entrance to music, 1st look (optional), present the Bride/Partner, and Couples Grand Exit 

- Have use of the facility for 45 minutes (including ceremony and admin time)

- Already married and want to renew your vows we would love to help

- Match up the pageantry you would envision for your vow renewal with any of the above packages and we can build the vow renewal ceremony to match

- Includes a custom Renewal of Vows certificate

For ceremonies performed Fridays after 3pm, Sat or Sun +$100 

Weekday ceremonies performed on recognized Federal or State Holiday, OR other special recognized "Hallmark holidays" (ie Valentines day, Halloween, etc) +$75  *note-if "Weekend charge" applies the "Hallmark holiday" charge will not apply. 

Weekends AFTER 6pm +$50 (in addition to the $100 weekend charge)

Weekdays (Monday-Thurs) After 400pm +$50, Weekdays after 6pm +$100

IF you do not have a witness (must be over 18 years old and with a valid ID) we can provide one; however, the scheduling of your ceremony is dependent on our witnesses availability and your appointment will be scheduled accordingly.    

Within 2 business days license will be recorded and an official certified copy requested and mailed to home address.  Couple will be provided with tracking # for certified package (signature reqd)

If you require additional venue time or are late to your appointment, pending the availability in the schedule we can allot time in 20 minute "blocks" at $50 per block.  If couple are unable to start ceremony within a reasonable start time these blocks will be charged on close out, or ceremony will be rescheduled and a $100 reschedule fee applied.  If rescheduled new rates based on start time of ceremony will apply.

IF you need it right away - Marriage license is guaranteed to be recorded with Washoe County Recorder same or next business day (if ceremony prior to 1pm) or early next day (before noon) and an official certified copy either mailed to home address or can coordinate for same day pickup. IF married on a weekend guarantee recording and mailing on Monday.  

Marriage licenses issued from any county in the State of Nevada will be mailed back to issuing county recorder with tracking (# gets sent to couple) and signature required within 5 business days of ceremony.  This is required for ANY licenses issued outside of Washoe County.  

Applies for the traditional ceremonies and is OPTIONAL.  If couple would like to make sure all the pieces "fit" (ie entrance of bridal party, unity ceremonies, grand entrance, present the bride, or other individuals participating in the ceremony) it is recommended (but never required) to conduct a rehearsal with all key players.  Rehearsal led by the Loft Reno for a designated time that fits into The Loft Reno schedule the day prior for up to 30 minutes.

We have the ability to conduct all or parts of ceremonies in over 200 languages.   English is the traditional language. Spanish ceremonies ( No hablamos español pero podemos leer español) conducted by officiant in Spanish, and all others through use of translator app. 

IF you would like to include someone else in the ceremony for anything like reading a poem or passage, making a blessing, giving a small speech, etc  

Our beautiful and NEW reception venue is right next door to the ceremony venue and seats up to 48 total guests.  We provide the venue with everything .... all you need to provide are food and drinks  (if alcohol present you will need to provide additional insurance).  If renting with a wedding package you get a bonus hour prior to (if available) to use the bridal suite.  2 hour weekday minimum and 3 hour weekend minimum. An additional $150 cleaning fee applies to all rentals.

Should Brides, Grooms and Bridal party want a place to get ready, put on makeup, and hang out prior to the ceremony our Bridal suite and entire reception area are available up to an hour prior to the ceremony to gather, mingle, relax, and get ready.  We can keep couples separated if planning on a first look.  $95 gets you access for an hour (pending availability)...note this hour and use of bridal suite is already included with any reception venue rental.
